Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Exclusions
- Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- If you’d like an exchange, mention it when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, email info@frombeverley.com with photos and details. We’ll resolve this quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How to Return
- Email info@frombeverley.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide the return instructions and address.
- Package securely. We recommend tracked shipping, as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
