Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exclusions

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • If you’d like an exchange, mention it when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, email info@frombeverley.com with photos and details. We’ll resolve this quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How to Return

  1. Email info@frombeverley.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide the return instructions and address.
  3. Package securely. We recommend tracked shipping, as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
